What is the difference between Screen Printing and Direct to Film?
Edited
Learn the difference between screen printing and direct to film printing.
Screen Printing
Screen printing is done by "squeegeeing" ink through a screen onto the garment. The special screen has areas where the ink can pass through to create your design. Screen printing is best for bulk orders.
Direct to Film
Direct to film is where the design is printed on a special film and then heat transferred onto the garment. This is perfect for printing photos onto garments as you can simply print .PNG and JPEG files without needing to manipulate the file. DTF is a great print option for smaller quantity orders as there is a low setup cost.
